Anytime I install something that has to do with Microsoft Visual C++ , i get this error

Thx man, but I just ended up fresh installing my OS (hard drive was paritioned, so didnt lose anything but programs)

The fresh install helped fix my problem, hopefully it will fix any other problems i have sometimes
