Installed my first HD/problems

So I hooked up a caviar black 1TB HD to my DS rig. It already has two HDs on there. Windows booted up, it said that drivers for the caviar installed correctly and it was "ready for use."

I go into my computer and I don't see the drive. What gives? I rebooted but I have nothing.

Suggestions?

Right click My Computer -> Manage -> Disk Management. Does it show up there? If so it just needs a format.
