Installing New Hard Drive.

   Note - this is not a DS computer, for I am waiting on the release of parts.

However, I need to change my one and only hard drive 
in my current computer - Dell Dimension C521.

How do I go about doing this?

Also how do I get my operating system from the old hard drive?
