Honestly you would be better off upgrading cpus if possible.

you would need to evaluate your case & cpu cooling overall psu quality etc
gather the info regarding your mainboard ,be familiar with editing your bios read some guides that are posted here and elsewhere to optimize your current setup at stock speeds & check for stability by using and monitoring some apps that are common a mutually accepted to maximize your OC attempts Overall it takes a bit of your time 1st to post the specs of what you have and to share with others.and test would take a commitment of your time as well The advice previously give to upgrade your cpu and memory will give you better stable performance in a fraction of the time. you could even post your current hardware info in this forum about what would be the best cost effective upgrade and get some timings that would make a real difference overall |
