Has anyone been reading up on this at all?  I'm curious when they might be available at Digital Storm for configuration into a system.

Nehalem, (core i7), was suppose to be already out but Intel has pushed it back to Nov now, we are waiting for Intel to release it, I'm waiting for the damn chip to come out myself and so many others here too

Ok, thx.  I just started reading about them, so it won't feel like I have to wait as long as you guys have. Ouch

Not knowing much about the cpu's other than the latest models due to come out, is it worth waiting until November (give or take) to get the newer processor or at least see the benchmarks? 

I want a new system but my old one could carry me through Christmas if absolutely necessary.

Obviously some of us think so, it should OC better, but really we won't know till we get our hands on some.

Reviews are dime a dozen and not so right, you need to take them with a grain of salt.

as for me and others, we have decided its best for us, specially since we will be able to upgrade it to new models till 2013- 2014 as it stands.

Ok, I guess I'll be waiting too.  Thanks for the advice.  I found your comments about regarding the q9550 vs the qx9770 to be quite informative and entertaining at the same time. 

I'll check back in with you guys when they start hitting the shelves.

We've seen a few benches so far, nothing to write home about.  I'm waiting a generation to upgrade my QX9650...
