I need to install this on my computer.
I have a 64-bit processor, Intel Core 2 Duo T9400, but I have a 32-bit Windows Vista Home Premium OS. I don't know which to install. Intel® Visual Fortran for IA-32 and Intel® 64 Intel® Visual Fortran for IA-32 Intel® Visual Fortran for Intel® 64 Intel® Visual Fortran for IA-64 Pick one, DS. Thanks ![]() |

If I'm not mistaken you need the Intel® Visual Fortran for IA-32, since you OS is a 32bit.

Well, IA-64 is out unless you're writing code to run on the Itanium processor.
I can't figure out the answer regarding IA-32 vs Intel 64. Those terms apply to Intel hardware; basicly 386 and before or 486 and beyond.... I could imagine a compiler taking advantage of the 64-bit instructions of modern processors, but using a shim library that bolts it on to a 32-bit OS. Having said that, IA-32 still seems like the most likely way to go.
