short answer, no.

Longer answer.
Almost no performance difference between 920 at 4.0 Ghz and a 950 at 4.0Ghz, because most people overclock a 950 using a lower B-clock, the 920 will be slightly faster at the same speed as the 950.
The 950 and the 920 are the same chip, except the 950 has the ability to use a multiplier of 23 for all four cores, 24 for one, as the 920 uses 21 for all four and 22 for one core.

On the other hand the 950 has more flexability because  is opens up a few more RAM speed options, given the same Overclock...

So, what your telling me is, unless I plan on upgrading to high high RAM it's easiest to stick with a higher OC'd 920?

not really, the 950 just gives a bit more flexibility with RAM, with the 920 you can still use 2000 Mhz RAM, I have one 920 running 2190 Mhz RAM lol.

The added multipliers of the 950 gives a few more options with RAM speed and CPU speed combinations, but does not really add to the maximum, if that makes any sense.
