Reports have begun to show that Intel is working on a 15-core processor for the Xeon E7 lineup. Yes, 15 cores does sound like a weird number and its most likely due in part to a defect in the manufacturing process. Does this mean we can use this for gaming computer? Not entirely, these chips are slated for servers with four sockets.
