120 gb 320 series or 510 series. The 510 is $50. more on newegg and I am willing to pay it but don't have the experience to know the difference.  Plan to install on ODE 1.  Can you guide me?

Both are quick, but I believe the 320 is still recommended here.

If I'm not mistaken:
* 320 controller has a longer history of reliability (Intel controller that's been used for a while, vs Marvel in the 510)
* 320 has better warranty (5 year vs 3 year)
* 320 has better small file read speed
* 510 has better sequential reads for large files (if on SATA3)

Most of your use is gonna be in 4k file sizes, the 320 is faster there.

We like/recommend the 320 here.

Good points about file sizes and warranty. For my use, 320 is better and $50. less.
