I noticed that the lowest memory Intel 320 SSD available here is 120GB. Is DS able to use the lower memory SSDs? If so, I was hoping to build a config with a 20, 40, or 60GB drive as my boot drive.

thats a bad idea, the smaller the ssd the slower its speeds, also you will run out of room, win7 itself needs 20GB. for speed and room the sweet spot right now is 120GB.
