I know that they are both great gaming chips, but what about graphic design? I have made computers cry with Adobe products, especially Photoshop and Encore.

I believe the adobe line does have multithreaded support for CPUs, in that case, the quad core Intel chips are vastly superior to the AMD ones currently. Especially for overclocking.

I am not any type of Guru, but I can tell you I have always had Intel and everyone I know swears by them for the best gaming support.

As for running programs like you are mentioning, I have no clue.  I just know I feel Intel is a superior design with better support.

I have a custom build Intel 2.66 Dual-core, 4 Gig ram, Nvidia 7950 512M laptop. It works for now but once I am done with my deployment I am definitely looking into ordering one of these computers. I do not like reaching the limits of a computer. The only way to go is up.
