Intel oces better, has more threads, and on an intel platform you have the option going sli or crosfire, on an amd platform you can only do crosfire.

which board? most can't, the one offered here I believe doesn't do sli.

oces = overclocks

threads are like tasks if you will, amd does 4 threads while intel does 8.
