I thought you boys (and Sarah) might be interested in this article from a gamers' site specialising in high-end PC simulations.

It's no gimme that game software will yield better performance with the i7 versus dual-core systems, as you'll see.  However, as we all know, one cannot halt the march of progress in the world of hardware, huh?

I'd be interested in your thoughts, especially from the DS tech experts.

I don't find that test to be even or equal, I have seen much different results then what that place is reporting in gaming and encoding and etc, of course in games the difference is little and the higher the res goes the difference becomes less and less in CPUs however in most stuff like endcoding, compressing and etc, the 920 beats the qx9770.

Yes, i think the 920 i have kicks major qx9770 ass. can't wait till most major software progresses to 64bit (including Office! & games), I have some 64bit apps right now: Photoshop, Lightroom, and Autocad, and they execute blazing fast..
