The left side of the case (i.e. backside of motherboard) has a hub with two USB ports. I installed a wireless mouse USB in one port. Works correctly with the side off. Also works correctly with the side on but 1/4" open. When I close the side completely, the mouse does not work well at all.

Does the shut side make these USB ports not work properly for some reason?

I was thinking of using one port to connect a cable to a Bluetooth card. I don't find a motherboard 9 pin USB.

To upload photos, click the arrow icon that points up to the right, next to the "U" to expand to the full post editor. Then select the image upload icon (pic with the arrow).

Hmm – for this reply, on the window, there is no up-arrow (no arrows at all). And, there is no "U".

I can't post a screen shot since I can't add it to the post reply.

I tested trying to add a new post – same issue.

Thanks for the images. It gave a place to start looking. My tool bar is different. But I hovered the icons and there is a File Upload and Insert Image button.

I added the photo to my original post.

Those wireless dongles aren't very strong; I suspect it's simply a matter of the metal side of the case being enough shielding that it can't get through well.

Thank you Hort,
I think I will just not use these 2.0 UBS ports. With a USB flash drive installed, the case can not be closed. I will just stick with the external USB ports. I would guess that the UBS hub just came that way. Digital Storm made use of all of the 9 pin connections.

Thanks again for your help in how to do attachments.
Regards, Neil
