Hello, I try to order from DS internationally. I already sent a mail with my configuration ID and my full shipping address to '[email protected]', waited a few days, got no response. Then I tried the same at '[email protected]' with the same result.

So I'm here asking for help, what my next step should be?

When did you send it?  I'm asking because they are closed on weekends.

I sent the first mail last Monday and the second last Thursday, also I looked already in my spam folder, nothing there :(

Something got messed up.  I would send it again to the Management link.   They usually are very good about getting back to you.
 
Alex might be in later and if he sees this will definitely take care of it.

Sorry to hear about that. Usually SPAM filters could be the cause, especially if emails are from an international IP address.

I tried to search our email server with the email address you used to sign up with the forums and we haven't received any email to any of our email addresses yet (unless you used a different email address)?
