Hi! I'm interested in buying a laptop but I have only found that DS ships to UK and AUS , I would like to ask whether they ship worldwide or only to specific countries. As for me , I live in Singapore. I'm rather confused by this whole international shipping thing so I'd be most grateful if someone could answer my questions?

P:S , so far I've found that you don't ship to Singapore because of the cost involved. Can someone verify this?

I have heard that damage has happened to computers that have been shipped internationally, I am interested in buying a laptop from DL, but unsure if shipping would damage it. Pls reply, and how secure is the shipping to singapore?

I will say that international package damages are not that high, especially for laptops as they are not as sensitive to shipping abuse as a high-end liquid cooled desktop.

For international customers, we normally recommend a wooden crate feature, but, for laptops it's not needed.

That wooden crate along with the foam can withstand even low height drop damage; though can't say the same if your rig falls off the truck or stg

Hi weeling95...   Config number is what you see displayed after you go to Products tab, select a system to build, select the parts yoh want and select Save/Email. An example is config# 766931.   On top of page select Load Configuration and put number in.

Everything would have already been paid for. We do not do COD (Cash of delivery). So when they come to deliver the system, you do not have to make any payments.

Until Alex gets back..... When you order a DS system, payment for that system has to be made before they even begin assembling the rig.   They have various credit card, wired money transfers, ways to pay for it. When you buy on-line most if not all retailers require payment before processing.

Just to help you understand, when you pick out what computer you want you contact the company (Digital Storm), and you pay them for the computer you selected. Once you pay them and they have the money to make the computer they create it for you. Once it is done being created they mail it to you. After that, you open the box, and then.... and then.. you begin a campaign of online-world-domination and THEN... we have cupcakes.
