I just saw that Alex was online today at 5:41pm. I don't see messages/answer from him to anyone.  Like you I hope he is ok.

Noticed that 54 of us have viewed the original post, and would not expect any of us would know what's going on with Alex(unless you know him personally) but would have expected to have a DSO staffer chime in by now.

Hey everyone, thanks for looking out for me. I am fine, and Kelly is right, I have been very busy with random projects within Digital Storm.

Just recently, we have launched our new Disaster Restore Kit that comes with every new system staring on Monday (October 15th). Now our customers have the tools to test various aspects of the machine out side of Windows. It's a bootable CD that provides stress testing applications. You can pinpoint issues such as: cpu, overclocking, memory, and even heat. We are very proud to launch this new tool because it allows our customers to find exactly what is wrong with the machine without wasting time.

Also, the entire staff has been busy re-working the Digital Storm Personalized User Manual. We are adding pages on how to:

1. Do a clean install of Windows
2. Frequent issues that arise with your new machine and how to quickly resolve them.
3. Guides on how to stress-test various aspects of the machine.

And so many more. We are always looking for ways to improve the company. Also, past customers that would like our new Disaster Recovery CD, feel free to give us a call, we will be more than happy to send you a copy. We just need to charge a small $10 shipping and handling fee.

Besides that, I am looking forward in getting back in the forums by Monday! Smile

Hope all of you are enjoying your weekend. By the way Kelly, we reworked the entire network image system. The machine responsible for burning network images has been upgraded. We tripled our burning productivity now. I know Ryan will love that!

Glad to see nothing a couple good night's sleep ( or maybe a vacation Big%20smile) can't cure was going on Alex.

Pretty nifty stuff on the restore disk. That's a very nice value added change. Should really help to find the source of the trouble when a customer has a problem straight out of the box too. Definately a plus both for the customer, and for DSO.

No No, Not a stalker. Tongue. Glad to hear that Alex. I ordered mine too but need some changes made to it on Monday as well as the three way call with my bank, since I have different addresses from billing and shipping Big%20smile.

Love the disaster recovery thingy and the updating of the documents. Keep up the good work guys.

Sorry, can't do if it's already been shipped. It would not be fair to other customers. It's not like you NEED this new system. It's something nice to have. We provide ways for our customers to download and use the tools during a troubleshooting session anyways. The CD just makes things easier.

I was just thinking. Could the entire Disaster Recovery CD and the Personalized User Manual be downloaded?
