Is Digital Storm a good place to buy from

A fair question ....I’m sure others will give their 2 cents about that later.

I have purchased & operated 3 DS custom builds since 2011. All three still run brilliantly and never fail to impress people. All have been upgraded and tinkered with successfully over the years. In my humble opinion, nobody builds custom rigs better than DS.

DS evidently sold a record number of holiday builds this season... the company got a bit lost for a while.   Lots of customers are still waiting for orders or assistance.   At the moment I’m waiting on a December Lumos build (my 4th now from DS) that’s running late.   Orders, Customer Service & Support at DS are all still quite backlogged and definitely not yet back to normal, but DS tells us they are trying very hard to work through these issues...and trying to not cut corners and to hold production to very stringent build & testing values we here on the forums are quite familiar with.   I and my friends here on the forum are still here talking to new and old customers because we still believe they build the best computers, and reminding DS we expect them to continue doing so.   We have many years of good experience with DS here among forum members, and many of us have bought more than one DS rig     I hope that tells you something about the Vanquish rig you ordered.
It should be well worth waiting for, I think the best rig your money can buy.
