ouch, I got a 2mbps/20mbps here and verizon-fios will be here next month, tho I don't like how verizon filters its user's contents.

Nope. They do it as a "Cost vs. expected reward" scenario. If the cost to get to a place is really high and/or the demand is really low, they won't do it right away. They're greedy that way... ya know.
