I am planing on getting the cpu water cooled. But need to know if water cooling the gtx295 is worth the 400 extra bucks if i do not overclock the gpu?

To be honest I would wait till you get a gpu you plan on using for a very long time (4 years or more) a good example is 2 gtx 300 in sli,cause if you buy a gtx 295 and replace it in a year its way messy and hard to replace.

If your room temp is warm then yes it is, if not then no.
