So I have been running some 3dmark06 tests to see how my computer does and I have experienced some weird results.

I ran both the 169.25 and the 169.28 beta drivers.

with single-gpu mode enabled in the nvidia control panel I was scoring around 16,000 which makes a lot of sense.  I tried putting the setting to AFR1 and I ran 3dmark06 and got a score of 9,600.  Why would my score be cut in half when I run AFR1?  I ran AFR2 and got around 15,500-16,000 so there is no problem there either.

is my SLI not working or what is goin on?Ouch

My 3dmark score in the binder DS gave me says 13, 679....  isn't this a bit low for the QX6850?

no it's definitely not, mine in the binder says 16,000 and I have 2 GPU's... so ur definitely seeing good scores at normal GPU clock speeds

My issue just has to do with AFR1 screwing up my score and I don't know why.

Don't get caught up in your 3Dmark scores, it is incredibly dependent on your CPU and isn't even close to judging how well your PC will real applications.

Unless you're having performance issues in-game, chalk it up to 3Dmark's unreliability and don't worry about it.

well I mean I tried AFR1 on a few games and it definitely went a lot slower than it should.

I don't know where the problem is then because 3dmark06 is definitely not lyin! weird...
