What monitor resolution will you be using? Standard 1080p, 2K, 4K... 8K? It makes a huge difference on what The Smart Guys® will recommend.

I will be using this monitor
MSI 24 inch MAG24C Curved Series (144Hz Refresh) (1ms Response) (1920x1080)
(this will not go in my budget)

A 1080p setup will be entirely satisfactory, and save you a ton in the long run! Here's my suggestion:

DS config # 3409832

To see it, select "Load Config" in the upper right of the main page. It will come in at $2296 after the discount.

-Lumos; 10700K is all the cores you will need and is as
fast as the more expensive procs.

-Better than base mobo

-Upgrade the power supply to 850W so you can add things
in the future without any worries

-All Samsung SSD storage. A Super fast M.2 NVME for OS,
apps, maintenance software and some of your favorite
games, and a 1TB SATA SSD for your main games libraries. Samsung SSDs are top notch and highly reliable.

-RTX 2060 SUPER is the best value for 1080p gaming at
high frame rates. It will produce frame rates significantly above 100 fps on high settings.

-Upgraded CPU cooler

-Internal lighting is free

You could get the free Stage 1 overclock if you want, but you don't need to. The proc will turbo up to 5.1 GHz when it needs the extra power automatically. You could also opt for the Corsair LL Series fans if you find an extra $75 in the couch cushions.

Electronic gear won't last forever, but spending a lot more money won't increase lifespan. Even the less expensive parts of all types go through extensive MTTF (mean time to failure) testing before they come to market. There are no guarantees on any individual part, but the rule of thumb has long been that a part that doesn't fail in the first year (covered by DS warranty), will very likely last a long time. We customers routinely share stories of our original mobos and CPUs lasting 8 years and more. Mine did.
