Budget:
Around $4,500 Expectations: Ultimately I want a really good gaming computer. Usage: I'll mostly use this for gaming (BF3, Skyrim, Max Payne 3...) and video rendering. After living primarily on laptops for the last 3 years I want a really good gaming desktop. Special Needs: With a great GPU I am wondering which cooling system I should have. If the rig is strictly for gaming, I would suggest the following edits ( based on what similar discussions on this forum before)
1. drop down to a 4-core, P-77 platform; since games usually do not utilize more than 4 cores if at all even that. 2. Generally people tend to suggest a DH-14 cooler with HAF 942 chasis, but your call if you like the look. 3. Drop to 1600 MHz RAM, the upgrade does not give you much improvement. 4. Bump to 1050HX power supply since it has a better warranty. 5. Why only 21.5 inch monitor, your rig screams for higher resolution/bigger monitors. 6. Not to undercut DS here, but why buy peripherals like mouse/keyboard/monitors here. You can always get better deals elsewhere or even better cashback on your credit card at other sites. Hows this? I changed the chassis to the HAF X, nixed the mouse as I found a box full of them, I upgraded to a bigger monitor, and I choose the AIR: Stage 2: Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 Extreme Performance for the cooler.

Hi AAA20....That build is great
One exception...Drop the Chassis Upgrade performance fans. I'm not sure what fans in the HafX they swap out but the HafX is the best as-is. Why mess with what works.Looks good. Go for it and keep us updated.
