An email I received before my system was sent out told me that my OC was 4.3ghz, and I did make a special request to keep the vcore below 1.4 if possible...but is this normal? Also, I'm not sure if I have to run a stress test prior to this or not. Like I've said before, I'm new to this performance PC world haha.

everything there looks fine, put some load on your computer to see what the v-core goes up to. They overclocked your computer with offset voltages which is good so under no load the computer downclocks it self both with voltage/cpu speed.

Use CPU-Z. You'll probably see it idling at 1.6GHz and lower voltage. Run LinX or Prime95 with CPU-Z still open to see what it ramps up to.

Running Prime 95 for a few hours...been on 20 minutes so far, and max Core Voltage on CPU-Z has been 1.256 in torture test (mix of everything option), and 1.310 in Benchmarking , Core Speed is 4300mhz .

Also running real temp, highest its gone so far is 60c.

This was after 2+ hours of running that program.
Lowest temp while the program was running, was 50c.

That was just with GPU, I'm sure with CPU it would be a little more.

Hehe, no wonder temps were so low. You can't test CPU load temps with a GPU test, silly.

If you really want to stress your processor and see temps. you need to download linx

here

Open up the linx.exe set it to 4 threads in the settings. Set it to use all memory and run it for like 10 passes. Keep the temp monitoring software open and make sure all other programs are closed. This puts a stress on your computer you wont ever get during normal use but its a good way to test if your overclock is stable and see temps at the hottest they'll ever get.

Fah can do the same as linx or better, I just test my cpu/gpus with fah, I have not seen anything tax them as much, tho linx is right there.

@Muddy, as dragoon said, you are stressing the gpu but looking at cpu temps, you need to stress the cpu and look at cpu temps.

so run the smp client for a while and see what the load temps are then.

if you run the gpu client, have hwmonitor running and look at gpu temps.

Ooph...yep...makes sense, haha.

I'll try out the Linx test tomorrow.

Edit- Alright DST, I'll check it out again. Anything specific I need to highlight?

Yes, the highest it ever got was 65c, and it never stuck there for long, it normally hovered 62-64 range.
