I'm curious if there is something wrong with my PC.  Every time I hit the power button it will initially start the main case fan and a few other components for a few seconds and then shut off.  Then it will power up again and start booting up.  I'm wondering if this may be causing damage and what the solution could be if there is one?

Hi I turned on my new computer for the first time yesterday & the first time it did the same thing as yours, turned on & then turned off. All other times I turned it on it never did it again &  it booted normally. It could be when its first pluged into AC power outlet ? I noticed when the computer is shut off theres still some blue lights lit on the mother board. So it might do it again if you disconnect it from any AC power source totally. I could be wrong just my guess. Does it keep doing it ?
