I would recommend not purchasing a low quality PSU such as that. It's definitely worth buying a name brand quality PSU from: Corsair or PC Power and Cooling.

Warm Regards,
Alex

What Alex is saying is that if you don't go with a quality name, what ever you spend is going to be a waste of your money, are you trying to sli or just single GPU? to be honest I don't think you can get a quality PSU for that price and size.

dont go with that brand
when you see 17% 1egg rating on anything you should be pretty wary about faulty products

DST4ME is correct. I understand you are on a budget, and I don't want you to say you can't get a good quality PSU.

I would then recommend this Thermaltake PSU, it's in your budget and has great reviews:

Ya i made the mistake of buying a cheap PSU on my first build, an Rosewill 550W. Thing didn't even put out enough power to power my rig when it should have been able too. I bought a PC power and cooling 750W and couldn't be happier.

PC power and cooling or corsair or thermaltake are pretty much a sure bet.
