New to working with ISO Images and am a bit lost.

My backup program had me download thier ISO Image, extract it and 'burn it' on to a CD.

Okay done so.

But when I attempt to open the Casper_SE_ISO extraction on the CD Oops nothing other then the ISO titleStrong

How does a person know what he/she has burned?

WIKIPedia just causes these "old" brain Cells to freeze <sigh> Im%20with%20Stupid

Thanks for not rolling on floor laughing.

an iso is a disk image, when you burn it to a disk it should extract files to the disk. an iso is a snapshot of what the disk will look like with all the files on it

Thanks to both  "Lender" and you "Mr.".
Plus more searching and my feeble brain cells "FINALLY" Oops woke up to the fact that I needed to 'RUN' the ISO Image into the folder that I had set up for the ISO IMAGE and "THEN" burn the contents of the compilation onto a CD Confused

Can not believe I missed the above step, but then I have not "Burned" anything for several years and then never messed with an ISO Image either. Frustrated

Many thanks again for the wake up call.Big%20Smile
