My credit card statement made me cringe.

I was charged TWICE for a Rig that I ordered and the price was not correct.

I already sent an email to sales so I hope they read it soon.

Dont want them to build me two systems as I only need one.

Send me the second and I'll sell it for half, and then I'll loan you the other half and you can borrow the difference.

Actually, the first charge is 99% likely just an authorization hold, some banks don't release them immediately, while others do. It would be very rare for us to double charge a customer because the system would recognize that and halt it.

My order actually showed two systems the first time I filled out the electronic order form. I almost hit "buy" except I noticed it and started over from scratch. I figured it was something I had done wrong, and didn't think to mention it before now. Might be worth a double check.

If its an authorization hold, why would it charge my Credit Card twice? Makes no sense whatsoever and I've never seen any company do that with my credit card ever in my 40 yrs :-)

And the amount is wrong also. I sent an e-mail to sales. I'm sure they will straighten it all out.

And I hope it didnt slow my order...Still in stage 1 for 9 days hehe

Heh, mine showed two originally as well.

I'm pretty sure it is from customizing a rig, hitting 'Buy' then !!OOPS!! going back and making a change, and hitting 'Buy' again without clearing your cookies (it will probably say your cart is empty, but until you clear the cookies it is not).
