UPS Tracking is awesome!! My package arrived @ my town today.  I'm sure it will arrive sometime today now.. small town.

The anticipation is amazing!

I wasn't really concerned about ship time when I ordered, so I wont tell you that I originally placed my order in Oct.  :-)  Ooops.  Honestly though, the PC is arriving precisely when I've been expecting it too.  Also, since I live in California, it's shipping around really fast.  I just hit stage 3 yesterday.

Anyways, i'll post a little review and maybe some pictures later.

Opki, if its not too late call them.  Many delivery places, after the package arrives in town they will not deliver it until the next day, even if it arrives in the morning.  If you call them and tell them to deliver it now they might do it, or maybe you could pick it up.

Yeah, UPS is notorious for slow deliveries.  I ordered a dvd and it arrive in new york in the early morning and stated "out for delivery"... I didn't get the dvd until 7pm the next day.  You could probably pick it up at their facility (I know you can do that with fedex).

Accidentally posted this is the wrong section :-/

Anyways, my order was flawless.  No big issues, no outrageous delays,  and so far runs great!

The UPS guys didn't have much time to beat up my box( those are some beefy foam pads though).   Everything was seated correctly and it fired right up.  I love being able to buy a system without all the typical advertisement apps.  Thanks again DS.

As far as Vista vs. XP..  i dont know yet.  Doesn't seem much different really..  it seems easy enough to use for anything I'll be doing anyways.

I've run a couple games, and Crysis.  Everything looks sweet.  You just dont know what its like till you buy one :-P

nice pics and setup......beefy foam is necessary with the forces the package experiences during shipping.

Those perforated bay covers look great. I looked all over the net for some. Does DS manufacture their own, or is that something I can order? I made my own mod, and it works well enough, but that's a great look. Smile
