Wow... this card rocks.!   I'm going from 2 8800GTS (512) to 1 GTX 465 and what a improvement on very game I play.  (mostly FSX, FS9 and a few FPS)

Anyways,  I'm kinda thinking about overclocking the card but I see something strange (this is where the picture comes into play).  Please take a look and the question I have is why is the memory clocks different?  I see that the GPU-Z says 802 MHZ but the overclock tool says twice as much.  So which is it? 
I was using EVGA prcesion until I found this tool.   While I was using EVGA precision, the CORE clock was locked but everything else could move AND now with this new tool, the SHADER is locked and everything else can move.   So why is that?  Anyone else have this issue??

I'm not an expert on this tool, but, I believe it's an 'ini' setting file you will have to modify to unlock access to all settings.

fermis core and shader are locked at 2:1 ratio, so moving the core will up the shader
