Just got rig in, help plz

Hey guys I just got my rig in from DS, runs quite and looks great. I just have one question. I installed some windows updates and after those were installed and I restarted my computer I got this error message at the login screen:

"Account has been disabled, please contact your administrator"

When I said ok, the login screen came up with two options: Administrator and Other User. I tried administrator and used the password I made for my own account to no avail.. so I tried other user and after a few tries I was finally able to login under my own name. (Had to specify "Jordan" in account name)

my question is.. aren't I the administrator of my own computer? Is there any way I can disable that or get rid of that account that I can't access on my computer?

Also, it does this every time at start up now.

Edit: I called DS, first guy I talked to put me on hold then hung up on me, then I talked to Cassandra who was helpful but didn't know what to do so I left my number for a tech guy to call me back... Help on here would be nice to tho :/
