Just recently ordered and impatiently waiting! I really do hope that everything goes smooth and shipping isn't too rough on it. By the way, has anyone ordered from an FPO, AP address? Was wondering how long the shipping took and if the PC was damaged. Also, one of the employees emailed me asking for the last 4 of my mailing address, was I supposed to use the message center to provide that or was replying to the email all I needed to do?

I'm not sure about most of that, all I know is you'll be waiting a while! This is apparently the busiest time of the year for digital storm. I ordered on the 17th of December and my pc hasn't even left phase 1. Once it is built though it really depends on how long it will take to arrive, I purchased 3 day air shipping with mine, fingers crossed that I recieve it within the next few weeks!

As someone who ordered the massive Aventum, lives on the 3rd floor apartment... Ill let you know.
Be patient with DS, I can assure you with the experience I just had.. its a bit of a pain right now with how busy it is. If you have problems with customer service email Alex, he seems to be the go to guy, from forum discussions.

Care to share the config #?

Oh dang, I'm excited for you! Yeah I expect a long wait time, but I'll gladly take a quality built rig over a rushed one. And yeah it's 2173505. Oh and I'll make sure to hit him up if I have any problems!

Just so you know, if you do not get priority shipping or air freight and you live on the opposite side of the country....its garunteed a week for delivery to your state....then another 2 days to unpack and offload from a cross country truck to a local door to door delivery truck. AIR FREIGHT IS BEST FREIGHT.
