I played around with the configuration system, but had a question about swapping the vid card for a hd3850 and what the price would be.  So I used the option at the bottom of the screen.  I put in a email address and but not my phone number.  I sent this in last friday was wondering what the turn around time is on this. I also sent when in last thursday asking about ram.

Are you saying you pushed the review my rig button?  9 out of 10 times when I did that ( I did it a lot), they responded 2-12 hours.  The one time they did not respond I just set it again.  They are probably busy, if you want a quicker review of the rig then post it in configuration discussion.

Why do you not just call?
 
Serious, that is the best way I found.  You get someone on the phone that can review it and give you all the info you need with exact prices and builds.
 
Just my opinion, but I think you would be happier if you call.

Check your junk mail folder, we prefer if you have a phone number in the response. That way the email wont get lost and you can speak to us and we can answer any other questions you have. I am confident in saying that we are very good in our responses on the online review system.
