Has anyone had any experience with the Killer NIC and Killer K1 Gaming Network Cards?

They are supposed to offload the traffic from your CPU onto the card so your CPU can focus on running the online game.

Anyone using them, did you notice a big difference in performance?

I'm wondering if it is worth getting one or not.

Thanks in advance.

The little difference it does make you won't notice. you are better off spending that money in upgrading the GPU.

Yep, agree completely.  Never seen a review that said it was worth the money.

The only reason why I might buy those nick is to put it in my server for the extra processing but don’t seem like it’s worth it for gaming pc.

Yep; a friend of mine tried it out and he said it gave him more problems instead of lowering latency. The customer reviews on newegg don't help the card either >.>
