Laptop speakers

I have an Alienware M15X, and after paying $3000 the second biggest complaint I have is the speakers. I could have gotten better speakers in a $400 HP. They don't have any bass whatsoever, and they crackle terribly whenever you push it past 50% volume. I was just wondering how the speakers are on the 4 DS laptos, seeing as I might be getting one in 6 months or so, and I listen to alot of music.

P.S. the biggest complaint I had is that the screen separated from the case in a big way...

P.S.S By the way (sorry for the little AW rant to come) I hate when people even mention that AW  has good customer service. No, they do not. I sent in my laptop for repairs 14 days ago, and the guy on the phone (who barely spoke English) said it would be back in my hands in 13 days. So I called back today to see whats up, and they haven't even taken it out of the box I shipped it in yet! The customer service guy (Who also barely spoke English) said they were still in the "Diagnostics phase" So in a nutshell, I won't have my laptop for another 8 days, 9 days behind schedule. Ugh...
