i would get a desktop if you wanna game :)

They will both do fine, you need to decide which you want to go with.
the BC has desktop cpu in it while the GC has laptop cpu in it |

Keep in mind that to have a desktop CPU in it the BC has to be hella heavy and large. 11lbs if i remember right. Probably gets somewhat toasty too.

A gaming laptop is your choice if you usually move room to room, or school, etc...
If you are looking for a more permanent solution, a desktop may be a better choice.

Mobile CPUs consume less power so in turn they produce less heat. And they are also generally slower.
