So I'll be away from my PC for about 2-3 months and I'm kinda wondering if it's okay or if it's bad to leave my PC off and unattended for a month or so. Do I need to do certain specific things that would keep me PC from being fresh until I get back? Thanks in advance

The only thing I would do is unplug it and cover it to keep dust from settling while you're gone.

if you want to be real pro, if you have liquid cooling, you can drain the coolant and refill it when you get back. although, probably nothing will happen. but if u do it, you know nothing will happen for sure

Okay thanks but do I have to take off the power plug out of the PC because it might drain the battery or that should be good?

You have a Vanquish desktop ?   No battery to worry about, unless you're talking about a laptop.

Either a laptop or desktop, just unplug it from the wall and that's it.  You could even leave it plugged in unless your area is prone to electrical grid problems.  I would just unplug it.
