I am unable to change the color of my led strip in my new aventum x. The remote doesn't do anything or the digital storm control panel in windows. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try the replacing the battery in the remote, some else in the forums had the same issue I think.

Did you take out the plastic strip between the battery? I have no tried changing the colors but I’m wondering if there is a way to make it stay off during boot ups instead of manually switching it off every time I boot.

The red light on the remote is blinking so the battery should be working properly. I tried moving the remote around the pc to try and connect it with the light strip but no luck
