Hello,

So after about 2 months of using my lynx level 4, my bottom LED strip has been acting up. As shown im the image, my pc is set to the purple setting via my RGB remote. But the middle light tends to get stuck on other colors from the cycle setting, and the right side light is eigther burnt out already, or doesnt want to function. Any thoughts?

(DIGT) purple, (ALST) white, (ORM) off

The AST light seems to fix itself every time the computer is completely shut off, but stays when it's on sleep mode. Also doent take long to go back to being stuck. As for ORM, is always off

I would contact DS.

I know nothing really about RGB stuff in computers although I guess once I get my new system I will learn a bit about it.

I think you can tell it's not a precision machined part, but it is under the warranty. I'd guess they'd send you a new one. Just plug it in where the old one went, and use something sticky to attach it to the case. I weighs next to nothing. Good luck.

So I had gotten the new text plate under warranty, but I'm having issues finding out the best method of getting into where the old one is placed. I have remove the back down to reveal the power supply, but have no idea how to properly access the back side of the plate to remove it.
