Hello, My payment was processed on May 20th for my Lynx level 2 and I couldn't be more excited. I have been a console player my whole life and this is going to be my first PC so I am new to this world. As of today, (June 8th) I am still sitting on stage one. When do you guys think that is going to change?

Hey bud I’m waiting on my lynx 2 as well mine as processed on the 25th... I got an email saying that it’s not gonna ship till June 29th but it’s not guaranteed... idk what to think about Digital Storm so far.. but most people on here praise the company... so far to me it seems they only take care of the more expensive PCs first... I don’t understand how I have to wait a month and a week to get a PC that’s not even custom... if it doesn’t go to stage two by the 29th I’m canceling that’s all I have to say! Good luck bud

Yeah Im not doubting its going to be a great PC when it comes in. Not liking how long its taking and the lack of information im getting. All i hope is that I get it soon.

The parts for the less expensive computers are generally in tighter availability. I really doubt DS is intentionally prioritizing more expensive machines but if they have the parts for those builds they aren't going to sit on their hands not building anything.

Also, if you look at the custom builds they are NOT taking priority orders. That actually costs them money because of a reduction in income.

Just wanted to post this below:

Stage 1 takes the longest because that's the backlog timeframe, once we start on your specific order with our production runs, things go very quickly and usually all of this happens during the last week of your estimated ship date.

Here's something I posted in a different thread as well:

We completely understand the frustration, we're trying our best to be as transparent as possible and be upfront with our extended ship times. We've also sent email messages to certain customer orders that are affected by any backlogs or extra delays.

Things are improving, we're shipping 2x a day than we were 3 weeks ago, we're constantly ramping up our production numbers which are a great sign.

We're shipping many more units than before and estimate to be fully caught up in the next few weeks which will then allow us to make our Lynx back to the 1-3 business day shipping timeframe and our custom desktops to 5-10 business days.
