Corsair 800D, step aside.
This thing does essentially EVERYTHING the 800D does.... Isolated cooling zones? - Check, and HDDs are also separately isolated Removable mobo tray? - Check Liquid Cooling Modularity? - Check, 4 passthroughs and a freaking massive internal space. You'll figure out some way to do a lot of internal mounting EATX compatability? - Check Expansion slots? - 8 Tons of fans? - Check Hot-Swap? - Check Tool-less? - Check |

nope!
from what i see this is Twice the price of the 800D 800D is nicer looking has great cable management, and is big enough for as much tubing you need. there is no justification for spending twice as much on this thing |

That case is nice it just costs too much compared to the Corsair as it doesn't offer some options. at least IMHO. I like the optical drives on the side; it might work real well with some desk set ups.

really now, the only awesome point about this case that i see is that the drive bays are mounted around the top, and not the front. so it's much shorter in length as other tower cases, but what it loses in length it makes up for in height. so basically, if you don't have a lot of room to cram this in, but a lot of height, perfect case righ here.
and patrick, Voila! (yes, that's a USB port powered beverage can cooler, whoohoo, $19.99) http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/accessories/96b3/ Edited by ablahblah - 01 Jun 2010 at 10:03pm |
