Just got my new Lumos a few days ago with the referenced graphics card.

Isn't there a way to turn on GPU lighting to illuminate the "EVGA GEFORCE RTX 2070" name on the side of the card?

Maybe I need to download the EVGA software for the card?

Congratulations. Awesome
Go to EVGA and download PrecisionX1. It will give you all sorts of controls for that card.
Enjoy.

Downloaded Precision X1 and set the LED color, but nothing happened. This particular card must not have LEDs installed.

Update: This is the RTX 2070 Super Black model. The EVGA website says LED is n/a. So, it has no lighting.

Correct.   Not all EVGA RTX 2070 will have LED's.
Have to check out what exact EVGA model 2070 card you received to find out. Some will have no LED, others have LED but not RGB LED, and still others are RGB equipped.   If EVGA Precision X1 doesn't turn on any lights, then you likely got a non-lighted card model.
