My system is about 4 years old now and it appears the the liquid in the reservoir is less than half full.... is this just blue colored water and how do I go about refilling it?? my system is overheating and I have to keep a fan blowing in it to keep from getting the blue screen of death...

Best to dial the DS toll free and ask them the brand, though I'd abstain from using the machine before refilling the fluid if I were you.

You should add more fluid soon. You can use distilled water from a local supermarket store.
