What fluid does DS use when installing their liquid cooling solutions?  I am about ready to clean mine out and add some new fluid and would like to match what they used the first go-round.

We primarily use Feser water cooling fluid.

distilled water is non-conductive....

 Feser is labeled as non-conductive, but all fluids passing over metals will become conductive overtime.
