not a hassle at all, you just check fluid level once a month and add some if its needed (2 minutes of work).

once every 3 years you wanna flush it.

Here's a question, is it safe to OC a 920 2.66ghz all the way up to 4.0 or is that adding too much stress?

4.0 is around the max safe on air, it depends on the chip, 4.2-4.3 with really good chips, using  good air cooling. I have seen  4.5Ghz on air, with decent temps, but it was very loud, dual 3000 RPMM fans on the heatsink.. lol

Ya I have seen 4.5 on air also but if you try that with your DS system, its bye bye warranty, cause that will void your warranty, DS oced to 4.0 or higher only with frostbite, so I assume that if you push to that point with air, it will void your warranty.

justin why do you alway edit what I say, and then respond to the edit? I didn't say raising your oc will void warranty, I clearly said if you raise your oc past 4.0GHz on air it would probably void your warranty as DS does not support 4.0GHz oc on air themselves.

how can you say you quoted me word for word when your response clearly left out the part about air?

to say you will lose your warranty if you oc above 4.0Ghz on air is not the same as saying
rasing the OC will void the waranty?

I didn't say raising your oc will void the warranty, I said raising your oc pass 4.0Ghz on air could void your warranty.

not sure, if you are on air, it might be, I have never seen anybody do what you did, so it hard to tell, they might make an exception since you know what you are doing, I'm just thinking since they don't support 4.0 or higher on air themselves they may not support the user doing it, I could be wrong.
