I was looking at my System the other day, and I noticed while looking at one of my Reservoirs it had some kind of crud build up in it and my pump no longer works the way it did when I first recieved the system in April 2011.
 
I was curious if I could call DS and they could help run me through draining the system and installing a new pump?

Thank you for letting me know!

I'll be moving within the next week so I won't be able to do it then so I don't think I'll be able to replace my pump under warranty because of my time restraints. However I'll still be more than happy to buy another one from DS if I would have too. Thanks for your time!
