So now that I got my i7, I've been looking at better cooling (this thing runs hot).
Can you tell me if this would be a good setup? change your rad to a GTX or feser depending on what kind of fan you want to use.
change your reservoir. |

What's wrong with the res? I kinda like it's compactness....
Rad? http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7216/ex-rad-130/Feser_XChanger_Dual_120mm_Xtreme_Performance_Radiator_-_Thermochill_Killers.html?tl=g30c95s160#blank I'm not sure if that will fit... I've kinda got to cram it into a compact area.... Edited by Zurginator - 23 Aug 2009 at 6:10pm |

lol that is the biggest res I have ever seen, not sure where you got the compactness.
that rad is good, now you need to go with low cfm fans right. also check prices at performance-PCs.com, they have better prices most time and their service is better then forzenpc, I not sure I think shipping cost less also, specially if you do bulk. For example your reservoir is cheaper at performance PC if you are going with an i7, you better get the adapter for the CPU waterblock, I don't think the one at frozen CPU comes with it. By compact I mean it includes the Pump + Res in a single 5.25" bay.
Well according to them, it ONLY comes with the 1366 mount. But yeah, I'll check performance PC, thanks. Edited by Zurginator - 23 Aug 2009 at 7:36pm |

the pump is not as good as a laning or swiftech, and cost more also.
missed that about the waterblock |

You suggested tripple rads.
I can only fit a dual. But yeah, thanks, I'll look around.. After looking I think I'll just go with air.... xD I'm looking at the Noctua: http://microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0313985 Are there any that I should look at (other than the V8/10) Edited by Zurginator - 24 Aug 2009 at 10:27pm |

I would keep the original setup you have and just go with a feser rad you had posted and a swiftech reservoir.

Isn't that an atcs 840 cm case? There should be room for a triple up top? If not then just get a feser dual.
