I ordered my Lumos on September 29th and it said I would have a 15-20 day wait time. Today is my 20 day mark and I've been in stage 3 since last week. I've read on these forums that the next stages can take a long time. I'm just curious if this is normal. So far each stage has taken 7 days to get through. The anticipation is just killing me.

I'd say its normal. Ive ordered my velox Sept 3rd and am on stage 5 now. Hopefully it will ship this week!

Due to 2020, covid, the fires out west, the supply chain issues form overseas and the stock availability of gpus, power supplies........... you name it, anyone ordering a custom built PC nowadays should know up front that you can not count on the estimated time the web page shows.

Then too, so many people are ordering these PCs because they are just stuck inside during the pandemic.
Be patient, and expect a wait. It will get built.

If it is still stuck on stage 3 then likely they are awaiting for more inventory. I found out with mine, currently Stage 5, that they can go all the way to Stage 4 while awaiting for all components. You can reach out to see what the hold up is. Also that 15-20 days is business days aka Monday to Friday so you are actually only at about (depending at what time you ordered) 14 business days since you ordered. 20 will be the 27th or the 28th unless you were informed of a component being on back order at time of purchase like RTX 30 series gpus.

I just checked your order config and everything is in stock now and assigned to the order EXCEPT the RTX 3080. We are expecting a shipment to land later this week.

Hoping that’s the issue with mine also.
Been at Stage 2 since the 5th of October. Ordered mine on Sept 29 as well.
