I usually build my systems, but last one is crashing too much after over a year plus of running.
Budget - I usually kept it under $2000
Expectations & Usage - web surfing, quicken, java games, and my games through steam: assassin's creed, call of duty, halflife2, DoD, and total war games.

I was looking at the Assassin line and customized a potential new system, but I was wondering if setting up RAID1 for the main drive would adversely affect performance too much?  Would i need more that 750W power supply with the RAID1 and 2 ATI Radeon HD 6950 2GB.
