Intel's future plans for 32nm and 22nm processors with octo-core processors?

i used info on my college English paper freshman year with Wikipedia as one of many other different sources.
'Wikipedia's not a credible source,' haha.
another year+ until 22nm. looks like a hit though.

i've always wondered, what happens when they hit a roadblock because they can't shrink the cpu anymore. like what happens in the 2013-2014 segment of this calender ? or 2015-2016?

I guess maybe the dawn of expanding motherboards accomodating tons and tons of CPUs lol. Or maybe they'll go into efficiency of the processor and overall power, too.

multiple cpus on a mobo, ain't a bad idea...could we see skulltrail tech go mainsteam in the near future ? .....something for intel to consider (assuming it drastically gets cheaper)

there will be, one day soon, 100's of cores on a single chip, multi chip will not be needed for a personal PC, and with graphene, they will have the ability to run cores at 100Ghz..
